Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for an event in The Gaslight District, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity and Age Verification

  • Each ticket is valid for the date and event specified only.

  • Tickets are transferable through Ticketmaster/Universe’s standard process

  • This event is 19+. Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket and with the verification of age with a government-issued ID at the point of entry.

2. Refunds & Exchanges

  • All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless the event is cancelled.

  • In the event of a cancellation, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Service fees will not be refunded.

  • Events will proceed rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather or unforeseen safety concerns, the event may be postponed or cancelled at the discretion of organizers. 

3. Entry Conditions

  • The Gaslight District reserves the right to refuse admission to any person.

  • Attendees may be subject to bag checks and security screening upon entry.

  • No outside alcohol, illegal substances, or weapons are permitted on site.

4. Event Modifications

  • Artists, performers, vendors, and event schedules are subject to change without notice. Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

  • The Gaslight District is not responsible for the actions of any performer or other attendees.

5. Safety & Conduct

  • All guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.

  • By entering the venue, you consent to potentially being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

6. Health & Accessibility

  • Please check event listings for details on accessibility accommodations.

  • Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety. If you feel unwell, you are encouraged to stay home.

7. Liability

  • Attendance at any outdoor event is at your own risk. The Gaslight District is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.

8. Weather Disclaimer

  • Outdoor events are subject to environmental conditions. Attendees are advised to dress appropriately and prepare for varying weather.

  • This event is a rain or shine event.
